Amanda works with ex-patriots who are based abroad and want to visit family in the UK.  Amanda has worked in the USA, Ireland, Germany and France in recent years. Your Next Steps

Step 1: Initial Enquiry

Whether through an initial call, email enquiry, or contact form submission, the first step to booking our services is reaching out to discuss your requirements. Popular dates do book up quickly so please let us know your dates as soon as possible. 

Step 2: Meet & Greet for Personalised Pet Care

During our initial consultation, we start to tailor the pet care for each client by conducting meet and greet visits where possible, establishing owner instructions, creating a custom care along with exercise plans, and completing our pet profiles to understand specific needs and maintaining consistency with your training and rules. The comprehensive plan will ensure all the important details are established upfront to provide your pets with the best experience.

Step 3: Booking Confirmation

Once you are happy to proceed to a booking, we will send you a booking confirmation and invoice (50% of booking period to secure dates and 50% due one week before sit). Once your booking has been accepted, we will provide you with a prefilled form outlining the information you have already provided. You can then add any additional useful information to the booking along with more indepth details about your home.

Step 4: Establish Home Security Measures

To ensure the security of our clients' homes, we implement security measures, access protocols, and keep keys/fobs and access codes secure at all times. All recorded details are communicated via a secure server that only you and Amanda (or other sitter) have access to. 

Step 5: Client Updates Throughout the Booking Period

While you are away, we'll agree your update preferences (whether daily or more adhoc) this can include photos, videos, and progress reports. Whatever it is that you prefer in order to stay connected with your beloved pets and home.
